PromptStack is a UK micro-business. We keep data handling simple and collect only what we need to sell you a digital download and support you afterwards.

What we collect

Your email address, so we can deliver your purchase and answer support requests.
Your order details (which product, order reference, date).
Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and basic order data. We do not see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

To deliver your download links.
To re-send links if they expire and to handle refunds.
To answer questions you send to help@promptstack.shop.
To email you an updated version of a product you already own, when we release one.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Stripe, our payment processor, which handles the transaction and your card details under its own privacy terms.
Our email provider, used to deliver your downloads and replies.

We share data only as needed to run the shop. We do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep order and email records for as long as needed to support the purchase and to meet UK accounting and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email help@promptstack.shop and we will action it. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
