Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases from PromptStack, a UK micro-business selling digital downloads. By buying, you agree to them. This is a plain-English summary written for buyers, not legal advice.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the digital files for your own personal and business use, including paid work for your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, share or repackage the files themselves as your own product.

Delivery

Delivery is instant. Download links appear on screen after payment and are emailed to the address you bought with. Links are valid for 7 days. If they expire or fail, email help@promptstack.shop with your order reference and we will send fresh links at no charge.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, which accepts card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details. Any local tax that applies to your country is shown by Stripe at checkout before you confirm.

Downloads start immediately

Because your download begins as soon as you pay, you agree at checkout to start that download right away. This is the reason delivery can be instant. See the Refund Policy for how this affects cancellation rights and the goodwill guarantee we offer on top.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What we promise and what we do not

We take care to make the products accurate and useful. They are tools and templates, not a guarantee of any particular income, result or outcome. What you achieve depends on how you use them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the products, to the extent the law allows.

Updates

If we release an updated version of a product you already own, we email it to you free of charge. We do not promise a fixed update schedule.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
